I started CWP in June 2002 as a property development company.

An excellent success rate in securing planning consents, under increasingly difficult circumstances, has allowed the
company to grow substantially over the last few years and CWP now has a number of new and exciting projects in the pipeline.

The investment arm of the company was founded in 2004. The buoyancy of the property investment market and the fierce competition for product has made this an equally challenging side of the business. I am however encouraged by the steady growth in this area and the 40 transactions CWP completed in the first few years of trading.

My intention for CWP in the coming years is to grow both sides of the business. A continued openness with land and
property owners, and transparency of the processes involved will hopefully stand CWP in good stead to achieve this goal.
