Bruce Weir is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with nearly 20 years of experience in the property market in Scotland. Bruce started his career at Donaldsons Chartered Surveyors and then moved to Ryden Property Consultants. Before setting up CWP Bruce worked for a Scottish based developer and then travelled the world. Whilst specialising in retail, Bruce has developed the business to ensure that it is active in all sectors of the property market. Bruce has a keen interest in rugby, swimming, shooting, golf, motor sport and farming. He lives at his farm in the Scottish Borders with his wife, daughter and their two dogs.
