Ritchie Grierson joined CWP in 2008 having previously worked in the Management Department at Montagu Evan's Edinburgh Office. At Montagu Evans, Ritchie was responsible for a £200m investment portfolio comprising retail parks, high street retail, office buildings and primary care developments throughout Scotland and Eastern England. Ritchie managed a £2m service charge budget.

At CWP, Ritchie's role is to identify development opportunities, appraise development options and oversee planning applications submitted by CWP. Ritchie also provides assistance to the Investment Manager and CWP's Managing Agents.

Outside of work Ritchie enjoys walking his dog in the hills around the Borders area, and is also a keen photographer.
